My goal is to provide you with free tips on health and wellness to keep you feeling your best. I discuss tools to prevent medical problems and injuries before they occur. As a sports medicine physician, I started PREHAB to cut through the noise of health misinformation and promote proactive health, fitness, and longevity. I am passionate about healthy aging and will discuss lifestyle interventions including exercise, nutrition, supplements, and more.

The traditional healthcare system is reactive, addressing issues only once they arise; but by prioritizing your health and taking control, prevention becomes the most powerful strategy for long-term well-being.

About Me

I am a board certified MD who specializes in nonsurgical sports medicine. I completed my undergraduate training at the University of Southern California (USC), followed by medical school at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Stanford University. I understand that each patient’s specific condition is unique and work with patients to create tailored treatments in the least invasive manner possible to get them back to the activities they love. I have a deep interest in healthy aging and enjoy educating people on a variety of health related topics.

I am passionate about: health, fitness, resistance training, tennis, and travel.
